The Truth About Suav St. Paul Vaj: What the Community Needs to Know

To the Hmong community, Vang and Xiong clan leaders, and all who value truth, justice, and cultural integrity:

This is a formal public statement intended to put an end to the continued misinformation, dishonor, and spiritual threats originating from Suav St. Paul Vaj (also known as Tooj Kub Vaj and Soua Vang). This is not speculation. These are facts—documented, witnessed, and confirmed. We are putting them on the public record for the protection of the Xiong family and the integrity of our cultural values.

✅ This Matter Was Settled—Three Times

1. Clan Directive – October 2023

Respected Vang clan elders Vam Txoov and Vaj Thaiv convened a teleconference with Suav. They gave him explicit orders:

  • Remove all defamatory social media content
  • Cease attacks against the Xiong family

Suav verbally agreed. He broke that promise within days. This was a direct act of dishonor against his own clan leaders.

2. Public Resolution – January 2024

In a public interview conducted by Nao Pao Xiong (Xiong Ntse Channel), Vaming Xiong offered final words of resolution. He urged Suav to move forward with his new marriage and begin healing with his children. This was broadcast for the entire community to witness in April 2024. Suav offered no rebuttal.

3. Legal Judgment – February 2025

Initially, Suav St. Paul Vaj demanded that the entire home be given solely to him following the divorce—or else he would continue harassing his ex-wife’s family. However, right before the scheduled court date, both parties reached an agreement to conduct a new home appraisal. Based on the updated appraised value, Suav would obtain a loan and divide the value evenly, plus return the original down payment made by his ex-wife. This agreement effectively ended all outstanding issues and the matter was settled outside of court.

These three events closed the matter. Culturally. Publicly. Legally.

And yet—Suav refuses to let go.

❗ Ongoing Attacks Despite Resolution

Despite final resolutions, Suav has:

This is a deliberate campaign of harassment and distortion. It is intentional. It is escalating.

💔 Betrayal of Clan Elders

Suav gave his word to senior Vang leaders. He then blatantly defied them. This is not just dishonor. It is cultural treason. It undermines the very structure of respect that binds our clans together.

🗣️ Public Condemnation by His Own Family

His own children and ex-wife have spoken out. They have confirmed a long-standing pattern of:

  • Emotional abuse
  • Dishonesty
  • Manipulation

In Hmong society, for one’s family to speak against a patriarch is rare and deeply serious. Their condemnation is not hearsay—it is truth, grounded in lived experience.

⚠️ Threats of Spiritual Violence

Since October 2024, Suav has escalated to issuing spiritual death threats through third-party messengers. These include:

  • Tso dlaab (sending spirits)
  • Hlawv xyaab hlawv ntawv (ritual incense and paper money burning)
  • Ua khaws koob (spiritual cursing)

He has also warned that he lives “5 minutes away” from Vaming, implying surveillance and intent.

These threats are premeditated and documented. They are not symbolic. They are acts of spiritual terrorism.

🚨 Public Notice of Accountability

Let it be clearly stated and permanently recorded:

If anything happens to Vaming Xiong or any member of the Xiong family—physically or spiritually, especially if it is sudden or suspicious—Suav St. Paul Vaj will be held fully accountable.

He has forfeited all presumption of goodwill. He has chosen escalation, not reconciliation. His threats, his behavior, and his intent are now a matter of public and cultural record.

🔎 A Pattern of Harm That Cannot Be Denied

This is not drama. This is a clear and consistent pattern of destructive behavior:

  • He refuses closure
Finalized three times, yet he relentlessly reopens the wound.
  • He fabricates narratives
His posts are filled with lies, manipulations, and half-truths.
  • He avoids lawful resolution
He has no legal case. That’s why he relies on digital harassment.
  • He dishonors his elders
He defied the Vang clan leaders to their faces after pledging cooperation.
  • He breaks Hmong cultural norms
He rejects our system of conflict resolution and clan unity.
  • He is disowned by his family
His own children and former wife have bravely spoken the truth.
  • He uses spiritual warfare as a threat
These threats are real, repeated, and intentional. He intends harm.

✅ Final Summary

  • The Vang clan gave him direction.
  • The Xiong family offered public closure.
  • The parties settled the legal matter outside of court.

Still he attacks. Still he threatens. Still he lies.

This is our final word. This is our line in the sand. This is our record for all to see.

Suav St. Paul Vaj is no longer entitled to silence, sympathy, or secrecy.

The community will protect its members. The truth will protect the innocent. And our culture will not be weaponized by one man’s ego.

This is our public record. This is our truth. And we will not be silent.
