However, despite those representations, Suav St. Paul Vaj resumed the same conduct within approximately one week following the mediation, demonstrating that the agreement did not result in any lasting cessation of the harassment. In June 2025, the Xiong family issued “The Truth About Suav St. Paul Vaj: What the Community Needs to Know,” which was intended to serve as the family’s final public statement regarding the matter. The purpose of that publication was to present the family’s position and supporting evidence concerning the ongoing dispute and to provide a concluding response to Suav St. Paul Vaj’s continuing public accusations and online activities.
